Yes, the delivery email will be sent when shipping and the waybill number will be provided to track the logistics. When the goods arrive, SF Express will notify you to pick up the package within 24 hours by SMS. Also, it will charge an extra fee for late pick-up.

After logging in, click "My Account", and then go to "Member Points" you can view the total number of points currently held, the cash equivalent of the points, the expiration date of the points held and the rules for discounting points, and points usage record.

After logging in, click "My Account" > "Member Points" > "Redeem Gifts" to view the catalog of redeemable gifts.
