Q1. How many days to recive the goods︖

All the stocks will be shipped for you within about two working days after the order is completed. It takes 7 to 14 working days for the pre-ordered products to be prepared and shipped within two working days after arrival. If the order includes spot and pre-order items, we will wait for all the items to arrive before sending them out. Please be patient.

Q2. If the pre-order products out of stocks︖

All the funds will be returned.

Q3. How many payment method provided︖

VISA , MASTER , Google Pay , Apple Pay, PayMe , Alipay HK , Octopus and also FPS.

Q4. Delivery area︖

Shipping service is only available in Hong Kong , Macau and Taiwan. International shipping is not currently supported. If necessary, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Q7. Will I be notified of shipment/collection︖

Yes, a shipment notification email containing the tracking number will be sent when the order is dispatched. Alternatively, you can download the SF Express app in advance to monitor the delivery status and retrieve the pickup code for collecting your package from an SF Smart Locker; please note that pickup must be completed within 24 hours, as SF Express charges an additional fee for late collection.

Q8. How can I check the details of my order︖

After logging in to the member, click "My Account" > "Order" to check the order details.

Q9. How to check membership points︖

After logging in, click "My Account", and then go to "Member Points" you can view the total number of points currently held, the cash equivalent of the points, the expiration date of the points held and the rules for discounting points, and points usage record.

Q10. How to use membership points to redeem gifts?

After logging in, click "My Account" > "Member Points" > "Redeem Gifts" to view the catalog of redeemable gifts.

Note: Redemption of gifts can only be redeemed after purchasing any item and adding it to the shopping cart for free shipping. Otherwise, the shipping fee for a single redemption gift will be handled by SF Express at the buyer's own expense.
